Raj Rajgopal joined Virtusa Corporation in April 2005 and has served as the President of Virtusa Corporation since 2013. Raj served as Executive Vice President for business development and client services between 2008 and 2013, and as General Manager of the Communications, Content & Technology business unit between 2005 and 2008.

From September 1990 to April 2003, Raj held several leadership positions at Gemini Consulting, a division of Cap Gemini, both in Europe as well as in the US where he served as a Vice President of their Management Consulting Business in Media and Communications. Raj left Cap Gemini in the spring of 2003 to start his own company, Rajgopal Management Consulting, which he ran successfully for several years. As President of Rajgopal Management Consulting, Raj provided consulting services to many clients, including Virtusa.

Since joining Virtusa Corporation in 2006, Jim has held various key executive roles. These roles include Business Unit (BU) head for various industry segments such as Banking and Financial Services (BFS), Insurance, Healthcare and Diversified. Jim has also held the position of worldwide Sales head and led VirtusaPolaris' initial expansion into Continental Europe.

Prior to joining Virtusa Corporation, Jim spent 18 years at American Management Systems (AMS), a $1 billion global IT consulting company. As Vice President and Business Unit Head within AMS's Financial Services Group his responsibilities included strategy, product management, application development and outsourcing.

In this role, she is responsible for driving growth in testing business by focusing on higher ROI for customers through innovations based on an intelligent combination of domain and technology. She is also leading the integration of Virtusa and Polaris from the Polaris side.

Prior to this, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Polaris Consulting and Services Limited, focusing on driving operational efficiency through building a 'High Performance Workplace'. With over 16 years of experience across Citigroup, Orbitech, and Polaris, Rama has held several influential roles in delivery assurance, quality control, consulting, people and culture, performance excellence and operations. A key member of the Polaris leadership team, she has spearheaded several key initiatives including, the Orbitech-Polaris merger in 2002, building a product business within Polaris (2005-2010), the restructuring of Polaris services business in 2013, and the subsequent demerger of Polaris and Intellect Design Arena Limited in 2014.

Rama has been trained as an examiner for the Ramakrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (similar to MBNQA) Model. She has presented several papers at the prestigious Global SEPG conferences organized by the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University. She was also a convener of WG10 ISO India Mirror Committee (IMC) and represented India at the International Meetings. She was co-editor of 15508-4 - the process assessment model for IT service management.

Rama holds a B.E. in Electronics and an MBA, both from Anna University. Vaidyanathan was recently associated with Vivimed Labs Ltd., an India-based global supplier of specialty chemicals and pharmaceuticals as the group CFO. In the past he has worked with NSL Group of companies, Hostmann - Steinberg Inc (USA), Bilag Industries Ltd and Stock Holding Corporation.

Over 18 years of his experience in the Financial Technology, Telecom and ICT space, Sanjay has successfully established and grown businesses across geographies viz - United States, Canada, Europe, Indian Sub-continent, Middle East and Africa. In his previous role – Sanjay served as the Partner and Head of Business Development at Polaris for Americas & Europe prior to which he was the Chief Sales Officer for Polaris Americas where he successfully grew the business with the key clients across North America. Sanjay is also recognized for his significant contribution in establishing and growing Polaris' Intellect suite of Universal Banking Products business (Intellectual Property) across Canada, Middle East & Africa.

Sanjeev has had a 17 years long association with Polaris. Prior to his taking over the current role, he was head of the Americas business, responsible for all Business Development activities in Canada, USA, Mexico and South America.In an earlier stint from 2007 to 2011, Sanjeev was Global Account Director for Polaris' largest Banking and Financial Services Client. Sanjeev led his team to more than doubling the business from this client in less than 4 years.

Sanjeev has a relentless focus on positively impacting business outcomes for customers. He is a strong believer in the power of collaboration across global cross-functional and multicultural teams. He also successfully helped various clients transform their business by focusing on accelerating time to market, enhancing customer experience and improving their ability to drive cost efficiencies in IT operations.

Prior to joining VirtusaPolaris, Suresh was with Tata Consultancy Services where took on various leadership roles such as Head-Banking and Financial Services Industry Solutions and Business Development, North America. He was also Director - TCS Financial Solutions, North America responsible for the go-to-market and launch of the products in the US marketplace. As Global Solutions Head for BaNCS Compliance Platform, Suresh led a team that built and established the product as one of the leading platforms in the global marketplace. Prior to this role, he has held various senior roles in Virtusa Corporation driving business growth, establishing and maintaining critical client relations and entering new markets. He also successfully helped various clients transform their business by focusing on accelerating time to market, enhancing customer experience and improving their ability to drive cost efficiencies in IT operations.

Prior to joining Virtusa Corporation, Srini was with Tech Mahindra in various roles and was Client Partner for one of their largest customers where he built successful business relations in India and Europe. Srini was also at HCL Technologies in India and US-based roles. He was a part of the core team that led HCL's foray into the Enterprise Applications business and was closely involved in setting up the CRM business.

In this role, he oversees all sales & marketing, solution creation, business development, research, and sourcing advisor/community relationships. His focus is on creating world-class differentiation and winning large strategic deals and improving the recurring revenue of the company. To enable this, he is responsible for building strong advisor relationships and designing transformational outsourcing solutions, thereby helping clients reduce time-to-market, enhance customer experience, and drive cost efficiencies in IT operations.

Prior to this role, Sreekanth focused on execution of large scale transformation programs and growing delivery centers for VirtusaPolaris. He brings in the right balance of software delivery management, business acumen, and technical competency when working with global clients.

A technologist at heart, Sreekanth joined Virtusa Corporation after a successful stint at a product company (Pramati Technologies) where he was instrumental in building the world's first J2EE 1.3 certified server by Sun Microsystems.

A technology services entrepreneur, he has co-founded a technology startup around Frugal Engineering.

Prior to Virtusa Corporation, he was the Chief Software Architect for a global IT consulting organization, playing an instrumental role in setting up and leading their San Francisco office.

He has a first class honors degree from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and an MSc in Parallel Computers and Computation from the University of Warwick, UK. Prior to this role, he has held various roles in Polaris including leading the non-Financial Services (FS) business globally. Before taking over the leadership role of non-FS business, Vikas was involved in establishing and maintaining critical client relationships in Investment Banking space with leading clients of Polaris. He also played a pivotal role in setting up Polaris' business operations in Europe.

Before joining Polaris in 1996, Vikas was with Tata Consultancy Services in various roles across India, USA and Brazil, focusing on execution of several large and complex programs for its clients.

She leads a team of 3500+ professionals across delivery centers in Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and onsite client locations. She also has extensive experience in running complex business and technology transformation programs delivering business outcomes to customers.

Darshana is also part of the core committee of NASSCOM's Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) team in Hyderabad. At VirtusaPolaris, she spearheads a Gender Diversity Initiative (Women of Virtusa) providing mentorship and career guidance to fellow women associates.

Prior to this role, she was the Delivery and Center Head for VirtusaPolaris' Hyderabad and Bangalore Centers. In this role she helped scale the center from 1000 employees to 3500 employees by building strong delivery leadership team, grooming talent from within and running campus recruitment and training programs.

Frank heads VirtusaPolaris' Digital Business where he is responsible for building highly specialized technology practices focused on capabilities in UX, Mobility, Social, Cloud, Gamification, Analytics, Big Data and IoT. Frank oversees all innovation strategy, business development, solution creation and global technology partnerships for the Digital Business. Frank leads a global team of over 2,500 global consultants who have delivered over 200+ large-scale digital programs for Fortune 500 organizations across the financial services, insurance, media and healthcare markets.

Prior to joining Virtusa Corporation, Frank was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Decorwalla, an emerging B2B marketplace in the interior design industry. At Decorwalla, Frank was responsible for the overall technology strategy, creative direction, site development and deployment. Prior to that, Frank was CTO and VP of Engineering for INSCI Corporation, a supplier of digital document repositories and integrated output management products and services. Under Frank's leadership, INSCI's products were awarded the prestigious Product of the Year award for 1998 by Imaging and Document Solutions magazine, a leading industry source.

Prior to INSCI, Frank held several innovation positions at IBM in the Cambridge Scientific Center, TJ Watson Research Facility and Advanced Workstations Division. He was involved in MIT's project Athena to create distributed computing environment for educational use. He took part in the PowerPC consortium with IBM, Motorola and Apple and was involved in the design and development of the PowerPC family of microprocessors. He was also instrumental in architecting and developing a massive distributed client/server design automation and simulation system involving thousands of high-end clustered servers. Frank received several patents for his work in the area of microprocessor design and distributed client/server computing.

Madu is responsible for our internal digital business strategy and the core service delivery framework. As the CIO, He focuses building our award winning digital work platform and practices that enable harnessing the collective wisdom and relationships of our global network of team members to drive delivery, sales and people engagement. As the Head of Business Excellence, he focuses on building our DevOps based core service delivery framework to ensure delivery predictability for our clients.

In addition to his global responsibilities, Madu heads Virtusa Sri Lanka operations.

Madu is a founder director and former Chairman of Sri Lanka Association for Software and Services Companies (SLASSCOM), the industry body for IT and BPM in Sri Lanka and the Chairman of Sarvodaya Fusion, the ICT4D arm of Sarvodaya, the largest NGO in Sri Lanka; He represents the IT industry on the boards of several leading universities.

He is a Charted Engineer, Certified Gamification Master and holds an MBA and a First Class Honors Degree in Software Engineering from City University in London. He has over 20 years experience in IT services industry.

Pratip (Pratip) Sengupta is responsible for managing global delivery for a strategic client in Banking and Financial Services (BFS) business unit . He has been playing this role since May 2015.

Pratip has over 20 years' experience in IT services predominantly in BFS with successful stints in Genpact, Infosys and L&T.

Prior to joining Polaris, Pratip managed deliveries for strategic BFS relationships in Genpact. He was also part of core team that was responsible for defining 5 year strategic roadmap for Capital Markets and was closely involved in setting up new delivery capabilities in Genpact.

Prior to Genpact, Pratip had managed deliveries for multiple Capital Markets clients for Infosys. He was actively involved in pre-sales, solutioning and initiation of new engagements during his stint in Infosys.

Pratip has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and an executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Supriyo is the global head of Strategic & Large Deals for VirtusaPolaris' Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Business unit. In addition, he also has an oversight on BFS Marketing function as well as industry specific Partnerships and Alliances.

In his Global role, Supriyo is responsible for identifying strategic opportunities that can be created through mergers, acquisitions, co-creation, joint ventures or large deals globally created through Automation, Innovation, Platforming , Transformation, Consolidation and IP Monetization.

Prior to this role, for nearly a decade, Supriyo was leading as the Regional Head of Polaris. In this role, he was responsible for driving the Sales, Delivery and Operations of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa Business Unit of Polaris. In his prior role in the same organization, he led the Sales of Product and Services business in Asia Pacific.

Prior to joining VirtusaPolaris nearly a decade ago, Supriyo led Xchanging Inc's Banking, Financial Services and Insurance business in Asia Pacific. Prior to that, Supriyo led BMC Software's product business in South East Asia as well for a number of years. . Supriyo also had an entrepreneurial stint wherein he founded Cygnus, a startup focusing on E-learning, Product Lifecycle Management and Logistics solutions, which he sold successfully.

Supriyo also spent over 7 years in US across BMC Software and Remco America, both located in Houston as well as at Provisy in Los Angeles. Supriyo holds a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and Master of Business Administration from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Paul D. Tutun joined Virtusa Corporation in July 2003 and provides advice primarily to the executive team, board of directors and committees of the board and is responsible for all of the company's general corporate matters including client contracts, SEC filings and compliance, employment and real estate matters and equity compensation. Paul has over 15 years of experience representing technology companies and investment banks in mergers and acquisitions, initial and follow-on public equity offerings, ongoing public company and other related technology matters.

From 1994-2001, Paul was a corporate associate at Goodwin Proctor, Hoar, Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault. From 2001 to 2003, Paul was corporate counsel to MarketSoft Corporation.

Paul holds a BA in English from Colgate University and earned a J.D., cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law. He was also Managing Editor of the B.U. International Law Journal. His publications include, "Arbitration Procedures under the United States-German Income Tax Treaty: The Need for Procedural Safeguards in International Tax Disputes," 12 B.U. Int'l L.J. 179 (1994).

He is responsible for practice leadership, go-to-market, offering/solution development and people management. Business consulting has been at the forefront of VirtusaPolaris' digital experience which leverages Design Thinking principles, Digital Innovation and Agile best practices. As global head of both practices he combines this thought leadership with BPM best practices to design and implement transformational change. This has enabled business transformation where core business and technology innovations are being threaded together to create competitive advantages for clients across the globe.

Prior to VirtusaPolaris, Tim was President and Co-Founder of Via Maris Consulting and Vice President of Management Consulting with Cap Gemini. Tim helped build multi-year relationships with Fortune 100 firms in the Telecom and Media industry and rebuilt a practice from the ground up in North American after working in Europe for 5 years in the late 1990's. Tim has two and a half decades of experience in resolving complex business and technology issues and also working with a wide range of clients across multiple industries.

Tim has an MBA from Northeastern's School of Business through their High Technology Program and has a BS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Vasan has a 30+ year track record of strategic and big deal selling. He has successfully grown services and product companies in the Financial Services Industry by selling across business and operations consulting, software development and outsourcing services. Over the course of his career, Vasan has held sales and business leadership positions at FIS, EDS, Cap Gemini, and Birlasoft. Most recently he was the SBU Head for Virtusa's North American BFS business, where he successfully turned around the trajectory of the SBU accelerating revenue growth while expanding margins.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras and an MBA from Duke University, NC.

Zlatan Lipovaca heads VirtusaPolaris' Global ERP Practice. Zlatan's responsibilities include day-to-day running of the ERP practice, defining the go-to-market strategy, and managing sales and delivery functions for the practice. Since joining Virtusa Corporation in 2010, Zlatan has expanded the company's SAP business in North America and has built up our SAP operations in Europe and Asia from ground up.

Prior to this, he was a partner at ConVista Consulting, LLC, where he focused on business development and delivery of complex SAP programs. ConVista was acquired by Virtusa in February 2010. Earlier to that, he worked at Accenture on numerous SAP implementations across Europe with a focus on Germany. Zlatan is deeply passionate about all aspects of SAP-related consulting services, and has held various functional, technical and managerial roles in SAP projects of all sizes, particularly in the Insurance industry.

Zlatan holds a Master's Degree in Economics and Computer Science from the University of Hohenheim, Germany.

Senthil is a senior member of VirtusaPolaris' Banking and Financial Services (BFS) Business unit and runs our FinTech lab. FinTech Lab helps our clients to accelerate innovations leveraging advanced technologies like Cognitive Computing , Blockchain , Deep Learning, IoT , Mixed Reality to name a few. The BFS industry is going through a tectonic shift and will be fundamentally reshaped over the next few years, party as a result of the continued after-affects of the sub-prime mortgage crisis of 2007-8, but mainly due to the unprecedented disruption inflicted upon it by the Fintech revolution.

In his current role, Senthil is responsible for advising our clients to solve traditional problems with innovative new technologies and creating innovative Digital solutions. He is very passionate about the transforming traditional system landscape into a Smart Digital Landscape which puts Customer at the center of everything. He brings in good understanding of FinTech disruptors/accelerators in the areas of Lending, Payments, PFM, Robo-Advisory, Challenger Banks from a technology as well as business model standpoints. During his tenure with us, he has helped deliver complex transformation programs across as well as win several new clients.

He brings over 20 years of experience in financial services including Retail Banking, Payments, Wealth Management , Transaction Banking and Insurance. Senthil began his career with Tata Consultancy Services. Senthil holds a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering Degree.

Amal is responsible for driving strategic business development, new client acquisition and expanding relationships with existing clients for Healthcare, Insurance & Life Sciences by building industry-leading domain solutions that help address our clients' business challenges. He also heads Healthcare, Insurance and Life Sciences in the MEA region. As part of his solutions portfolio, Amal is also responsible for working with and developing key technology and business partnerships in order to create solutions and go to market jointly.

Prior to joining Virtusa Corporation, Amal has held CIO level roles for 10 years in multiple geographies at BNP Paribas Cardif. He has also been the General Manager of one of the BNP Paribas Cardif subsidiary companies and led many multi-country initiatives. At Cardif, he brought thought leadership in insurance solutions (digital, sales & distribution, middle office and financial back office), business process management and infrastructure. He also led and managed the Cardif global offshoring initiatives both within and outside of the captive in India.

Before joining BNP Paribas, he worked at Infosys where he played a number of diverse roles while helping consolidate Infosys operations in France.
